In Just Us Two: Ned and Rosie’s Gold Wing Discovery, Ned and Rosie jaunted across Europe on what became Ned’s baby. After overcoming the devastation of changing lives and converting Ned’s baby into a trike (3-wheels) they were able to travel back through France into the Pyrénées and had plans to travel through Germany, Austria and Switzerland to finally “do” the leg of Italy.
Chasing Rainbows is the real ending to their Gold Wing story. Now, they no longer are able to ride but Rosie’s long-held dream was fulfilled when they bought a smart convertible sports car. This intrepid couple finally say “good-bye” to their Gold Wing motorbiking days but only after more adventures.
Chasing Rainbows is a light-hearted and often tongue in cheek, story of adventures when Rosalie and her husband re-visited many places and explored new ones in Ireland, France, Andorra and Spain. But this time not on a Honda Gold Wing; and this time not quite Just Us Two . . .
This time they were accompanied by a hidden controller in the shape of a disembodied voice with which Rosie conducts a “love-hate” relationship as it threatened to make her navigating skills redundant and ruin their next big trip.
“Ned” has come out of the shadows and reverted to his given name, which is how he appears in this next story of discovery, adventure and fun. He also has a new toy. You know boys and their toys? An infallible trusty SatNav which will lead them to wherever they want to go; no stress; no trouble; no getting lost . . .
